How far in advance should I book my wedding rentals?
Peak wedding season in Niagara (May through October) books up quickly, so we recommend reserving your rentals 6–9 months ahead. Planning on a shorter timeline? Email us anyway — we’ll always check what’s possible for your date.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the entire Niagara Region, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Port Colborne and the surrounding wine country.
What’s included in my rental price?
Every package includes delivery, full styled setup and next-day pickup — all in one honest price. No surprise fees: the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
How do I reserve my date?
Quotes and bookings are handled by email. Send your event date and guest count to amadorboda@gmail.com and we’ll reply with a full quote within 24 hours. A deposit secures your date on our calendar.
What happens if it rains?
Our marquee tents come with sidewalls that can be added or removed as the weather dictates, so your celebration stays comfortable rain or shine. We’ll confirm a rain plan with you based on your venue.
